Shipping Notifications

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive notifications:

• When your parcel is collected.
• When it begins its journey to you.
• When it’s out for delivery.
• Once it’s been delivered.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free delivery on orders over R550.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery:  2-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays.

Click & Collect Orders:

You must bring your confirmation email when collecting your order. Collections are only available at our HQ during operating hours. 

• Mondays and Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

You have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, it will be considered void and your order will be cancelled.

The address for collection will only be shared upon final payment of your order

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be required to cover additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
